1. The price listed is the price per pax or per person

2. The products listed are PRIVATE and not will be combined with other participants.

3. The prices listed include the facilities we provide and there are no hidden costs

4. Prices can still change at any time before the down payment is made

5. Prices may change at any time due to updates on increases in entrance ticket prices at the destinations visited, changes in vehicle rental prices, etc. However, we will always notify you before the big day. There are no price increases on the day of the event without prior notification



• If the trip is canceled by us for any reason, there will be a 100% refund of the down payment / payment that has been paid.

• Refunds do not apply to individual cancellations or reduction of participants after an agreement or down payment has been made.

• If a force majeure event occurs beyond human capability, such as an unavoidable natural disaster which causes the ongoing trip to be stopped, it will be resolved through deliberation

• If there is a refund due to cancellation of a trip package booking, the refund process will take 14 working days.

• Refunds of deposits cannot be made if cancellation is made less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival.

• Date changes or reschedule will be adjusted to availability, transport and/or other conditions. Date changes or reschedule can be made at least 3 days before arrival.



Horizon Bali is not responsible and cannot be sued for:

1. Damage, loss and delay of baggage by air plane, hotels and other means of transportation.

2. For baggage delays from the aircraft used, each participant must collect their own baggage at any airport.

3. Delay of a air plane, cancellation of a air plane and all events that occur outside the agenda of our tour package.

4. Changes in travel plans due to natural disasters, riots and so on which are ‘Force Majeure’.

5. Death of a participant due to illness, accident, etc.

6. We only provide services and are not responsible for flight cancellations, deaths, accidents, loss of luggage or personal items (cameras, bags, jewelry, etc.) while at the hotel or outside our trip schedule

7. Loss or damage to tourist equipment due to participant negligence.

• Click Book Now and click Proceed to checkout then fill in the form fields provided.

• Select a payment method then tick the two columns listed below and click Submit.

• Don’t forget to inform the CS admin immediately and we will send detailed information on the total tour cost and payment mechanism

• Immediately make a 30% downpayment (DP) for the Private Trip and confirm

• Send proof of payment and we will send a down payment invoice within 1 X 12 hours to the WhatsApp number or email listed

• Bookings are not valid / not validated if tourists have not made payment and confirmation
